Newton Studios is a Swiss design and growth studio. Alongside the work itself we run three pieces of software for the people we work with: a booking page, a client portal, and a payment page. This is what each one does and exactly what data it uses.
Book an intro call
Our booking page asks a few questions about your business and offers a time. It is unlisted — reached by invitation rather than linked from here — so this describes it rather than pointing at it. No account needed.
To offer only times we can actually make, the page reads the free/busy state of our own studio calendar — whether a slot is taken, not what is in it. When you confirm, we create that one meeting in our calendar with a Google Meet link and invite you by email. We never read your calendar.
The client portal
Clients we work with get : their projects and timeline, files and deliverables, services agreements to read and sign, and their invoices.
Sign in with an emailed link, or with Google. Choosing Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture, and we use them for one thing — knowing which client account you are. Nothing else in your Google account is read.
Paying an invoice
Every invoice carries a link to , which takes card, TWINT or a Swiss bank transfer against that one invoice.
Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The full detail is in our privacy policy, alongside our terms.
